SPECIAL PERSONAL TRAINING CONSIDERATIONS DURING THE COVID 19 CRISIS
Hello Clients and Friends! I hope you are all faring well during this Covid 19 pandemic. Please try to continue exercising and making good food choices while we wait for life to return to normal. Keeping your immune system strong, and boosting your mood are extremely necessary during this time! Furthermore, when things get better, and I believe they will, you don't want to start at square one. It's best to maintain any progress you've made up to this point. Here are some ways you can use the sessions you've purchased over the next few weeks:
SMALL BOUTIQUE GYM ACCESS: NO LONGER AVAILABLE!
IN HOME SESSIONS: Maintaining safe personal distance and cleanliness during our session allows me to continue giving you stellar 1 on 1 instruction. You also have more control over the people traffic and daily sanitizing of your space. This is working well for some clients who live alone, or living with a significant other.
OUTDOOR SESSIONS: Safe distancing is easy in this scenario and, if the weather is nice, the fresh air can be invigorating! This also presents an opportunity to break the monotony of being indoors and you can bring the kids if necessary! A local park that is not crowded will work just fine.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: If you can't leave home, or prefer the ultimate social distancing, this may work for you. I have downloaded the Zoom app and am willing to schedule a 30 minute video meeting with you. You can take advantage of a 30 minute workout with me. Facetime or Skype may also work.
IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SUSPEND TRAINING:
