Payments

All payments for Packages or Single Sessions must be received BEFORE the start of your first session. 

Initial Consultation

Your fitness plan will be created AFTER our first conversation.  Click here to download and complete this brief assessment before the initial consultation.  

 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be called in at least 24 hours ahead of time.  If a 24 hour cancellation notice is not received you will be charged for that missed session regardless.  

 

All sessions in your package must be used within 45 days of their purchase!  All postponed sessions will be lost if not used within this time. 

Liability

Liability Forms (and Medical Release forms if deemed necessary) must be signed before any training can begin.  Click here to review and sign my liability form.

WHERE YOU ARE:  I can conduct sessions in the comfort of your home, luxury condo fitness centers, and outdoors in your local park if the weather permits.  Bring your face mask, and I'll wear mine.  If my travel time is more than 20 minutes, a transportation fee may be added to your package. 

ONLINE: 30 Minute and 40 Minute Sessions Available via Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, or Messenger.  Prices adjusted accordingly.  Contact me for virtual rates.
