All clients must read and sign my Release of Liability Form before any training can begin.
Monthly payment must be received BEFORE the start of your first session. All cancellations must be called in at least 24 hours ahead of time to allow for rescheduling purposes. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not received you will be charged for that missed session regardless.
SPECIAL NOTE: The training described on this website is independent from any training I provide as an employee of a local health club. If I train you through your local gym, please adhere to the policies of the contract you signed! Contact me at 617 445 8735 if you have any questions!
