WEEK FIVE: TIME TO EVALUATE!

 Do you know how many calories your dinner last night contained? Is your favorite snack as good for you as you think? We dare you to start writing down everything you put into your mouth!

DAY 1

Read The Weight Is Over p. 44-47 “Basic Nutritional Info”.  Also read this article www.source on Caloric Intake...

DAY 2

Assessment 1: Rate Yourself in Terms of Exercise: Level 1: I try to work out once or twice a week and I really need help thinking through how to exercises properly. Level 2: I work out a few times a week, but my exercise is not as intense or consistent as I know it should be. Level 3: Play an organized sport or work out at a high intensity 3-4 times per week.

DAY 3-4

Log at least two meals 

DAY 5-7

Log everything you eat.  Write a Journal Reflection on lessons learned from the tracking process.
