These packages are essential if you are trying to significantly change your body, and mindset (i.e. lose more than 15 pounds, lower anxiety, etc). Training with me more than once per week, gives us the time we need to identify challenges, gradually eliminate negative fitness behaviors, and make lifestyle changes that can produce the results you seek! These packages include exercises for time in between sessions, nutrition coaching, and periodic assessments to monitor progress.
If you are a self starter and generally satisfied with your own routines, but can use some professional guidance once a week, this can work for you. If you find you need more accountability, you can always upgrade to a Transformation Package in the future!
WHERE WE TRAIN
Meet me at The Roslindale Community Center or one of the gyms I partner with in the City of Boston.
No gym? No Problem! I can bring the workout to you! I conduct sessions in homes, luxury condo fitness centers, online, and outdoors when weather permits. Bring your face mask and I'll wear mine. If travel time is more than 20 minutes, a transportation fee may added to your package.

Personal Training Policies
All payments for Packages or Single Sessions must be received BEFORE the start of your first session.
Cancellations must be called in at least 24 hours ahead of time. If a 24 hour cancellation notice is not received you will be charged for that missed session regardless.
All sessions in your package must be used within 45 days of their purchase! All postponed sessions will be lost if not used within this time.
Liability Forms (and Medical Release forms if deemed necessary) must be signed before any training can begin!
