3 Steps To Keeping Your Passion Alive 6/1/2010
I preached a sermon recently from 1 Sam 17…you know…the
David and Goliath story. It was interesting to see what David

Feed A Family Project Successful! 9/22/2011
The Feed a Family Project has finally come to a close! Thank you all for
your support. We chose a single mother of three, who was recently laid
off. I met with her personally a few days ago to give her the gifts that
your CD purchases helped to make possible. It's understandable that she
wanted to remain unidentified, but she did write a thank you letter. Here
is a portion of what she wrote:
"I met Mr. Porter through my daughters therapist. At this point in
time in my life i was in need of help, I had just lost my job and was
denied cash assistance from welfare. Mr. Porter was able to help me
and my family out...this was a true blessing. Me and my children are
both appreciative and thankful to Mr. Porter and his organization."
What a blessing it was to sit and talk with this young woman who has
great hopes for a future in business! Please keep her anonymously in
prayer as we continue to find ways to service people in her situation.
Please continue to support my ministry as I strive to make a difference in
the world one step at a time.
